FAQ:

Do you have essential oils?

Due to high demand, we now offer essential oil-based fragrances as well as both 100% natural and USDA certified organic essential oil rollers for purchase.

How can I recycle my fragrance bottles?

You can donate your bottle back to us or recycle according to your local recycling center guidelines. Our bottles can also be cleaned out and re-used for other purposes!

How do the refills work?

After initially purchasing one of our fragrances, you can bring the empty container back to get it refilled and enjoy a discount as a thank you for reducing landfill waste. It's a great reward for you AND the planet!

Where are you located?

We participate in local vendor markets, host local "refill parties", and are also available for private events. Please reach out for area notification requests, refill party information, and event package options at: customersupport@perminallc.com

Can I refill my own bottle from home?

Due to quality control purposes, we cannot refill other mainstream manufactured bottles. Residual microplastic absorption, chemical additives, and scent lingering can all negatively impact our product's formulation and/or performance.
